To all our valued customers we hope you and your families are all well in this difficult time. We thank you for your kind messages and support whilst we have been closed as per government guidelines. Over the past week the government have made it clear that the automotive sector should continue to trade and operate where possible following government guidelines. Closing the business has been extremely hard over the past 6 weeks but it has been for the correct reason.
We've been given clearer guidelines and as the public become more aware of how to correctly social distance, we believe now is the correct time to re-open our doors in a phased manner and begin offering our services yet again. To move forward, we'll be changing how we do things and following any developments in the governments advice closely.
Our sales and workshop teams are now operating, though please note that all workshop work must be booked in advance as we'll be offering work by appointment only. You can book your bike in using our online booking form here, where our service manager John Mclain will be in touch shortly after receiving your enquiry to get you booked in. We're also taking bookings for MOT which you can organize here. There will be no entry to the building and we currently aren't offering collections due to our limited staff.
Our sales team, Craig Shirlaw and Graeme Haley are operating to take any questions and queries you may have on, across any of our new and used bikes in stock. We're offering virtual sales still, with personalised WhatsApp calls, videos and walk-arounds of any vehicle you're interested in. We're offering nationwide delivery that falls in line with the guidelines, and we're able to offer valuations for trade-ins too. We're tailoring our finance options to be suitable to each and everyone of you and you can apply easily online in minutes. Currently our Suzuki store is remaining closed, so for our Suzuki customers, please use the above information and links - our team will still be able to assist you fully.
As this is a phased re-opening we will be short staffed, please allow a bit of extra time for when enquiring to us and rest assured we will be in touch regards your queries. As soon as the time is right we will look to re-open more departments at both stores and get our team back together.
